UFES Construction Update – April 7, 2021

Shoring Installation along Saratoga Drive near S. Delaware Street this Friday

Pipeline work along Saratoga Drive necessary for construction of the UFES project is underway. On Friday, Apr. 9, the City’s contractor will be installing shoring along Saratoga Drive, approximately 400-500 feet from the intersection with S. Delaware Street. While we continually strive to minimize the impacts of our work on our neighbors, you may intermittently hear some noise and feel minor vibrations throughout the day if you are close to the work in the roadway. Approved hours for this segment of work along Saratoga Drive are 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday to Friday. Construction schedules are subject to change.

Please note: Regular UFES Construction hours continue on the UFES site from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

We thank you for your continued patience and cooperation as we make steady progress towards completion of this much-needed solution for our aging sewer system.
