UFES Work Hour Update – July 6, 2022
Work Hour Updates for July 8 and July 9, 2022
Off-hours work for two separate construction activities related to the UFES project has been approved by the City of San Mateo for Friday, July 8, 2022 and Saturday, July 9, 2022.
San Mateo County Event Center Site; July 8, 2022; 5 a.m. – 7 p.m.: Work will include a concrete pour at the Event Center Site. While we expect the main pouring activities will conclude before 7 p.m., finishing activities could extend into the evening. Nearby residents may experience additional truck traffic on this day before, during, and after the regular approved hours of 7 a.m. through 7 p.m. During this work, residents can expect some short-term inconveniences such as loud noise.
San Mateo County Event Center Site; July 9, 2022; 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.: Work will include removal of wall form ties from the concrete poured the previous day to ensure that they do not set in the curing concrete. Nearby residents may experience additional truck traffic and short-term inconveniences such as loud noise on this day before, during, and after the approved work hours.
We thank you for your continued patience and cooperation as we make steady progress towards the completion of our sewer system improvements.
